English preparatory subjects for 2018 are in for a big overhaul in 2018.
The first three months of the year will focus on topics such as the history of the university and the history and culture of Ireland, which will also include an introduction to the academic calendar.
Topics will include the history, culture and science of Ireland and its relationship with the United Kingdom, the United States, and Europe.
The second and third months will also focus on issues such as international relations, the economy, international tourism, and the future of Ireland in relation to its European Union membership.
The fourth and final month will also be dedicated to the teaching of history, archaeology, the arts and humanities, history of art, and other subjects related to the history.
The Ium course will begin with a lecture and is expected to run for six months, with a final lecture scheduled for the summer.
The course will also introduce students to topics such a history of Irish art, the history in Ireland, Irish cinema, and Irish music.
The English preparative courses will be offered at the University of Limerick, Limerick University, St. Stephen’s College, and University College Dublin.
